Cutting
	Die, Laser or Ultrasonic The cutting technologies available in the fabrication process can cut material to precise specifications. Staple The process produces fibers of equal staple lengths from 3mm and up in both straight and textured fibers.
Fusing
	Some medical applications call for two dissimilar materials to be engineered into one structure. BMS can create fused composite structures from non-woven, woven, and knit fabrics.
Sewing
	Sewing technology can be used to join materials together in a hem or a multilayer textile system. As a service to our customers, BMS can further finish your material with a wide variety of sewing techniques.
Shaping
	BMS can create three dimensional customs shapes from a wide offering of bioresorbable and non-bioresorbable fibers. The shapes include tubes, cones, disks and cylinders.
Texturing
	The texturing process adds crimp and bulk to otherwise straight fibers.
Twisting/Plying
	The plying process makes a finished fiber more consistent, much stronger and more stable both in tensile strength and resistant to abrasion.
